Superior channel understanding, product and sales skills, and strategic advice on the local market
Support and coaching in the field on important sales calls
Regular sales coaching and mentoring
Conducting weekly performance reviews, and identifying action steps for improvement
while building a healthy agency distribution base via:
Provide daily leadership and target orientation to the team
Motivate team for achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals
Candidate had 7 year of min Exp in BFSI,NBFC.
Managerial Exp is mandatory.
We don’t look this Candidate in 7 years in Multiple company Exp (min 3 company’s in 7 years).
