Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations
Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue
Implement all sales initiatives so as to meet its objectives
Day to day activities of channel management
Conduct out of office calls as per the defined Sales Activity Management.
Adherence to the sales management process.
Conducting business development activities viz lead generation etc.
Need to be immediately certified as IRDA specified person on joining
Interact regularly with the channels at agreed levels to have a committed and a partnership based relationship.
Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters.
At all times keep the motivation of the sales staff of your channel to achieve the required sales objectives
Age: 21 to 35 yrs
Good Communication skills (any language)
Confident with Pleasant personality
Need candidate from Sales or Marketing background
Min 6 month of experience required from sales or marketing from any industry
Must have own 2-wheeler (mandatory)
