HR Recruiter - Urgent Hiring

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The key responsibility of this role is fulfill manpower requirements of our clients.
  • Post on boarding, you will get brief training about work for first week.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open Mandates.
  • Understanding clients hiring requirements and posting jobs.
  • Sourcing & Screening of candidates from multiple sources i.e. Job portals, Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, references etc.
  • Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates.
  • Headhunting the quality & Exp. Candidate.
  • To assure the CTQ (Required parameters of resumes) as per Client.
  • Build network to find quality passive candidate.
  • Adhere to daily MIS Reporting Skills Required – M S Office, hunting through Networking, referencing, Job Portals, Advertisement on Internet, Internal database.
  • Managing end to end recruitment cycle.
