– Direct – Loyalty is a critical Sales Channel aimed for developing a group of highly productive and customer oriented front line sales employees.
– Direct Loyalty channel works on multiple sources of leads, including leads provided by Outbound Contact Centers, Inbound Contact Centers and Portfolio of customers classified on the basis of different campaigns.
– In Direct sales personnel is provided with a portfolio of existing customers.
– The sales personnel then get in touch with the customers & helps to resolve any service related queries and tries to UpSell to these customers.
– In this model the appointment generation is done by the sales personnel himself.
Age Limit: – 21 to 35 years
Minimum Experience: –
1. Graduation – 6 months + Years of Sales of Marketing experience in any industry
2. 12th Pass – 2 + years of sales of Marketing experience in any industry
(BFSI Experience Preferable)
Local Stability: – 6 months
Stability with Last Employer: – Minimum 6 months
