business of a cluster of HDFC bank comprising 12 branches across cochin.
❖ To liase with cluster heads ,Branch heads & Regional product managers of HDFC Bank for
strategic planning for lead generation,LG activation,Product mix etc
❖ Conducting HNI customer meets and presenting Fiinancial and tax planning
❖ Sold High value tickets to these customers through need based selling tools.
❖ Driving various contests at local levels and national levels to motivate the sales team for
❖ Effective management of customer relation and ensure maximum customer satisfaction by
providing timely clarifications of queries and after sales service .Close monitoring and
tracking with the team for renewal collection and maintain the persistency level above 90%.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of team handling experience in Life insurance(Banca) field
- Age : 24 to 35 years
- CTC : upto 7 to 8.5 lacs
- Should be Stable candidate
