Functional Area: Sales/ Business Development Territory Sales Manager:

Job Purpose:

• The primary job responsibilities are to prospect, coach and manage channel partner & employees. • TSM will be responsible for planning & managing sales and marketing activities of minimum 3 Digital channel partners, TSM will own the primary and tertiary billing of the assigned channel partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting of Channel partners.
  • Mapping of schools/ Local tuition centers, teachers, publishing house, book shops and handsets selling outlets in the assigned territory.
  • Sign-up of sub channel partners under CP.
  • Hiring and coaching of CP & its work force.
  • Direct visit to schools renowned teachers and tuition centers in the assigned territory for bulk leads generation.
  • Organizing career counselling seminars in schools.
  • Ensure stocks placement at retail outlets.
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities for desired lead generation.
  • Ensure service assurance guidelines of existing subscribers is met.

Eligibility: Min. Graduate with 2-8 year’s experience in Sales & marketing.
