Functional Area: Sales/ Business Development Territory Sales Manager:
• The primary job responsibilities are to prospect, coach and manage channel partner & employees. • TSM will be responsible for planning & managing sales and marketing activities of minimum 3 Digital channel partners, TSM will own the primary and tertiary billing of the assigned channel partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting of Channel partners.
- Mapping of schools/ Local tuition centers, teachers, publishing house, book shops and handsets selling outlets in the assigned territory.
- Sign-up of sub channel partners under CP.
- Hiring and coaching of CP & its work force.
- Direct visit to schools renowned teachers and tuition centers in the assigned territory for bulk leads generation.
- Organizing career counselling seminars in schools.
- Ensure stocks placement at retail outlets.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities for desired lead generation.
- Ensure service assurance guidelines of existing subscribers is met.
Eligibility: Min. Graduate with 2-8 year’s experience in Sales & marketing.
