Designation : Relationship Manager
Location : Hyderabad & Chennai
Broad role : Managing Channel Partner / Driving business throughpartners and their agents
• Excellent Communication and relationship building Skills required /Strong stake holder interaction
• Excellent product knowledge / Knowledge of mutual funds / ULIP is anadded advantage /
• Compensation Range –upto 3.7lacs
Years of Experience – 2 – 6 years / Stability in career is a must
Relationship Management :
Build strong relationship with the Partner ( EBL Personal WealthAdvisory ) leaders and teams below ( ZHs / RHs / BMs ) . Ensure smoothrelationship with the EBL Insurance SPOCs .Generate sub-broker meetings fromthem.
Train the partners and their sub-brokers regularly on various newproducts and initiatives
Business Development :
Activate maximum number of RMs and their sub-brokers for insurancesales on a monthly basis
Achieve annual business targets
