•Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
•Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
•Establishing strong relationships with Recruited agents and clients.
•Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
•Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff do the same.
•Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
•Finding hurdles facing by recruited agents and help them to overcome.

Criteria
•Age must be between 21 years to 35 years.
•Candidate must be graduated from any discipline.
•Candidate must have minimum 1 year field sales marketing and 1 insurance experience is necessary.
•Experience certificates or reliving latter is required

•Educate the Customer about the product
•Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
•To close the leads provided by Company
•Lead Generate/ Lead Close
•To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Sales Team
