Job Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Must have 6+ years of strong experience in automation testing using various Automation Tools – Tosca, Selenium
•Min of 3 to 4 Years of experience in SFDC Automation Testing with strong Business Process knowledge on SFDC (Ex Only – Lead Qualification Process, Opportunity Sales Process, Support Process
Contract Process, Opportunity and related features, Case and related features)
•Experience in SAP Automation Testing & exposure to all key SAP Modules will be added advantage
•Should posses strong written & oral communication skills
•Define and implement automation test processes, strategies and approaches for complex test requirements with support from Test Managers and get buy in from different stakeholders
•Should provide a practical approach for complex testing activities, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing. Be creative and proactive thinkerand make use of current technologies to provide extensible automation infrastructures.
•Participate in Requirements Risk Assessment session to establish a process focusing on mitigating the risk associated with delivery
•Analyze automation readiness of the applications and provide Automation feasibility report
•Develop Automation test scripts for SFDC using Tosca/Selenium & should possess strong Programming skills
•Participate in daily scrum meetings and lead all the QA sprint members in different test phases.
•Build Automation Test coverage, Test Summary & Requirement traceability reports
•Build queries to retrieve test data from Database. Maintain data integrity between databases for seamless data flow during E2E System Integration testing
•Lead Defect triage meeting with Business, Development and Application support partners, and drive the defects to closure. Track & Report the Test execution and defects using ALM
•Must possess critical thinking skills in addition to good interpersonal skills
•Salesforce & Tosca certification will be an added advantage
